Prevelle Silk
Prevelle Silk is the latest in the line-up of non-surgical wrinkle solutions now approved by the FDA. Prevelle Silk is a colorless hyaluronic gel that is injected into facial skin to reduce moderate to severe facial lines, folds, and wrinkles.
Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is added to the product to provide pain relief at the site of the injection. In a controlled clinical study, patients experienced significantly less pain during injection with Prevelle Silk when compared to a hyaluronic gel product that did not contain lidocaine. Dr. Baker personally performs all Prevelle Silk injections.
Juvederm™

Juvederm™ is a long lasting (6-9 months) injectable filler for treating facial wrinkles and plumping up lips. Because Juvederm™ is water-soluble, it fills wrinkles and depressions in the skin with a natural substance while slowly being reabsorbed by the body.
Juvederm™ is a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid - a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. Juvederm™ is injected under the skin to provide a smooth, natural look and feel. In addition, Juvederm™ injectable gel is the first FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective for persons of color. Dr. Baker personally performs all Juvederm™ injections.
Cosmoderm®, Cosmoplast® & Zyderm®
Cosmoderm® and Cosmoplast® dermal fillers are FDA approved for the correction of facial wrinkles, acne scars, and other soft tissue contour deficiencies, as well as for the restoration of the lip border. The collagen in Cosmoderm® and Cosmoplast® dermal fillers is made of highly purified human-based collagen, grown in tissue culture. Dr. Baker personally performs all dermal filler injections.
Cosmoderm® and Cosmoplast® are effective in replacing collagen in the skin. Collagen loss leads to facial wrinkles, including crow’s feet, frown lines, laugh lines, and lip lines. Replacement of collagen with Cosmoderm® and Cosmoplast® restores skin collagen to reduce facial wrinkles. These collagen-based products can also be used to plump up lips.
Zyderm® is a bovine-derived collagen filler also used for smoothing lines, wrinkles, scars, and for defining the lip border. Dr. Baker personally performs all Zyderm® injections.
Sculptra®
Sculptra® is an injectable product that restores and corrects the signs of facial fat loss by replacing lost volume. Sculptra® provides an increase in skin thickness, helping to create a more natural facial appearance in those with facial lipoatrophy.
Sculptra® is composed of poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic material. Sculptra is not made from human or animal sources and does not require a skin test. Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a biocompatible (does not harm the body), biodegradable (able to be broken down by the body) material that has been widely used for many years in surgical products. The effects are long-lasting; they were shown in a clinical study to last for up to 2 years after the first treatment session. Dr. Baker personally performs all Sculptra® injections.
